"forced direction" factors has been successfully outcast into the
streets of homelessness. As a matter of irreparable harm in direct
health related matters of HIV/AIDS disease ---- homelessness is a
sentence of death -- if the current conditions remain as is and
unchanged.
(2) The Defendant's rights of DUE PROCESS has been
violated in and throughout this case that prevented the defendant from
his day in court to properly offer a defense of himself to the court.

Also the Defendant's inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the
pursuit of happiness has also been intently and vigorously violated.
FACT!
All of these above occurrences are by intently and vigorous acts by
persons of managerial and authoritative capabilities of influence in the
HIV/AIDS supportive social services of the LOCAL HIV COMMUNITY OAKLAND
CA USA. In the defendant's attempt to better his life and to establish a
proper level of provider supportive care services that these services
were being intently obscured by not being delivered and/or were being
mis-directed by referrals of services that the defendant had criteria
that the defendant did not qualify for these referred services. This
situation had been in continuous dysfunction for more than 18 months.
As
just a preliminary snapshot of a single point of time reference, note
the comparison and depiction of emails from the defendant. The cause of
the actual true depiction of "exorbitant" is addressed as "there are no
policy pathways present" to air any voice of concerns. This is an
intolerable and asinine condition pressing against the common sense
realities of the world.

Not
only do I have our local community in view. I also have my parent's
community alerted to me. I have received four (4) alters for the
community of San Bernardino which is where my parents and grandmother
live. They themselves are not digitally connected this year of 2005.

importance on to their lives. But realize my importance is that to

HIV begins its infection of a susceptible host cell by binding
to the CD4 receptor on the host cell. CD4 is present on the
surface of many lymphocytes, which are a critical part of
the body's immune system. Recent evidence indicates that a
coreceptor is needed for HIV to enter the cell. This recognition
of HIV coreceptors and progress in understanding how HIV fuses
with the cell has opened up new possibilities for antiviral
drugs. A number of new agents are being designed to prevent
infection by blocking fusion of HIV with its host cell.
Following fusion of the virus with the host cell, HIV enters
the cell. The genetic material of the virus, which is RNA,
is released and undergoes reverse transcription into DNA.
An enzyme in HIV called reverse transcriptase is necessary
to catalyze this conversion of viral RNA into DNA. Inhibitors
of reverse transcriptase, such as AZT, were the first anti-HIV
medications, and are still a critical part of treating patients
who have HIV. Reverse transcriptase inhibitors are divided
into two classes-nucleoside analogues and non-nucleoside reverse
transcriptase inhibitors-based on their structure and how
they inhibit reverse transcriptase.
Once the genetic material of HIV has been changed into DNA,
this viral DNA enters the host cell nucleus where it can be
integrated into the genetic material of the cell. The enzyme
integrase catalyzes this process, and inhibitors of integrase
are under study as a new way to block HIV replication. Once
the viral DNA is integrated into the genetic material of the
host, it is possible that HIV may persist in a latent state
for many years. This ability of HIV to persist in certain
latently infected cells is the major barrier to eradication
or cure of HIV. For this reason, based on our current knowledge,
patients must remain on anti-viral therapy for life.
Activation of the host cells results in the transcription of
viral DNA into messenger RNA (mRNA), which is then translated
into viral proteins. The new viral RNA forms the genetic material
of the next generation of viruses. The viral RNA and viral
proteins assemble at the cell membrane into a new virus. Amongst
the viral proteins is HIV protease, which is required to process
other HIV proteins into their functional forms. Protease inhibitors,
one of the most potent types of anti-viral medications, act
by blocking this critical maturation step. Following assembly
at the cell surface, the virus then buds forth from the cell
and is released to infect another cell.
Unless the HIV lifecycle is interrupted by treatment, the virus
infection spreads throughout the body and results in the destruction
of the body's immune system. With current anti-viral medications,
such as reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors,
HIV infection can be contained. However, a great deal more
must be achieved before AIDS epidemic is brought under control.
One important immediate goal is to design new, more potent
medications that are easier to take and have fewer side effects.
However, the ultimate challenges are to use our understanding
of the HIV lifecycle to develop medications that will eradicate
HIV from people who are already infected and to create a vaccine
that will prevent new infections in the future.

the function of a molecule — a substance made up of many atoms — is
related to its three-dimensional shape. Olson's target is HIV protease
("pro-tee-ace"), a key molecular machine of the virus that when blocked
stops the virus from maturing. These blockers, known as "protease
inhibitors", are thus a way of avoiding the onset of AIDS and prolonging
life. The Olson Laboratory is using computational m---ods to identify
new candidate drugs that have the right shape and chemical
characteristics to block HIV protease. This general approach is called
"Structure-Based Drug Design", and according to the National Institutes
of Health's National Institute of General Medical Sciences, it has
already had a dramatic effect on the lives of people living with AIDS.

return of self-supportive issues not being able to be

This encapsulation denies defendant's "basic human needs" and the

Dr. Abraham Maslow coined the term “Self-Actualization” as the pinnacle in the hierarchy of human needs. Dr. Maslow summed up the concept as:
"A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be. This is the need we may call self-actualization ... It refers to man's desire for fulfillment, namely to the tendency for him to become actually in what he is potentially: to become everything that one is capable of becoming ..."
And I must be able to be this man "on this mission" once more...

MicroLink BBS -- A Sevice of the San Bernardino Public Library System. [
Cosand Computer Center ] This LIBRARY BBS was only 2nd in the country
to offer dial up public library services next to the Chiagco Public
Library BBS which is listed as first online in 1983. Microlink BBS was
first online at 300bps [Hayes Micromodem] and was upgraded to 1200bps

software I wrote was a "volenteer project" for the library right after
high school. It was written on an Apple ][+ in Applebasic [ see:
